Job Description

Companions provide social interaction, supervision, and emotional support to clients who need assistance with daily activities but may not require extensive personal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction

• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Accompany clients to appointments and social activities

• Provide medication reminders

• Engage clients in stimulating activities and hobbies

• Monitor safety and well-being

• Provide respite for family caregivers

• Document activities and observations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous caregiving or customer service experience preferred

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer skills for documentation

Schedule

Full-time and part-time positions available. Flexible scheduling with various shift options including days, evenings, and weekends. Minimum 3-hour shifts with opportunities for longer assignments.

Companion/Sitter Caregiver

Job Description

Certified Nursing Assistants provide skilled care to clients with more complex needs, working under the supervision of nursing staff to deliver quality care in home settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance

• Take and record vital signs

• Assist with range of motion exercises and ambulation

• Provide basic wound care as directed

• Assist with medication reminders

• Monitor and document client condition and changes

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and family members

• Maintain a clean and safe environment

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a CNA

• Current CPR certification

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Strong assessment and documentation skills

• Excellent communication abilities
